I wanted to send an email to you to tell you what an outstanding employee you have in Shawn Gallagher. My grandmother from Medford, MA is 93 years old and is on Tri-Cap Fuel Assistance and had an issue with a boiler needing to be replaced. Her oil company is Federal Heating. When I called Tri-Cap and spoke with Shawn, he took the time on a Friday afternoon to do his best to help us out. He really followed through and got the boiler replaced for her by Tuesday of the next week. He went to my grandmother’s house and really made her feel comfortable and kept her nerves at ease.
