Scholarship Program

Under the 2009-10 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) (a/k/a Stimulus money) the MA Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) was able to fund the following Tri-CAP special initiative.

Program Description

Scholarships will be given to eligible participants to enter high-employment careers. Short-term education/training programs are preferred. The program will operate from September 2009 through August 2010.

  • Income no more than 200% of the poverty level
