National Grid Program

Installation of domestic hot water conservation materials, compact fluorescent bulbs, and refrigerator and freezer replacement, if existing appliance is eligible by program guidelines.

Eligibility

Households in National Grid service area experiencing high usage. Households must meet Fuel Assistance income guidelines or be receiving the discount rate by the utility. Weatherization work may be provided to households at 60% of median income.
