Program Description

The Mobile Homeless Outreach Team (MHOT) provides street outreach and case management services to homeless adults. MHOT provides emergency assistance, shelter access assistance, housing search, benefits advocacy, job search, and mental health/substance abuse counseling to help homelesss adults move from the street and transition to safe, affordable housing.
