Commissioner Naft lights a new signal in Buffalo, Patrick

County Commissioner Michael Naft lit a new traffic light at Buffalo Drive and Patrick Lane this morning.

“Already more than 18,000 vehicles pass through this intersection every day, and it will only increase as development continues in this area,” Commissioner Naft said. “This new signal will improve traffic flow in this area and make the area safer for drivers, cyclists and pedestrians.”

The new traffic light is part of a larger project that included the construction of two other traffic lights. American Southwest Electric is the contractor for the project.
